CLASSIC WEDDING PACKAGE

- Rehearsal and set up time available from 5:00-7:00 pm on the day prior to your wedding
- Venue use on wedding day from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
- Ceremony lawns with an arbor and folding chairs
- Bridal Rooms with full length mirrors for getting ready
- Covered and lighted pavilion for reception includes folding tables, chairs, and dance floor
- Garbage/recycling hauled away by the venue
- Ranch venue staff on-site to answer questions and direct incoming vendors.
SUNDAY AFTERNOON WEDDING PACKAGE

- Accommodates up to 150 guests
- One walkthrough planning meeting available on the week of the wedding (Mon – Thurs)
- Venue use on wedding day from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
- Ceremony areas and lawns with chairs, arbor, and walkway
- Bridal Rooms with full length mirrors for getting ready
- Covered and lighted pavilion for reception includes folding tables, chairs, and dance floor
- Garbage/recycling hauled away by the venue
- Ranch venue staff on-site to answer questions and direct incoming vendors.
Included in your rental of the event space are:
- Twenty five 6-foot rectangular folding dining tables (seating up to 150)
- 150 white folding chairs
- Four bar-height live edge plank tables
- Four 3’x3’ wood plank tables
- One 8’x3’ wood plank table
- Wedding arbor
- Fully stocked and cleaned portable bathrooms and handwash station
- Bar with OLCC licensed bartender *alcohol not included*
