Whether you are planning a small intimate ceremony, or a celebration with all of your friends and family, Aspenwood Ranch is ready to host your perfect wedding. This small family run horse ranch offers a rustic backdrop complete with rolling pastures, grazing horses, and priceless views. With plenty of outdoor space, you will have the flexibility to imagine and create the day you have always dreamed of. Our wedding season runs July through September each year, with a limited number of weddings, so send us a message to reserve your spot!

CLASSIC WEDDING PACKAGE (FRI/SAT)
$3,800

  • Accommodates up to 150 guests
  • Rehearsal and set up time available from 5:00-7:00 pm Friday evening
  • Venue use on Saturday day from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm
  • Ceremony lawns with an arbor and folding chairs
  • Bridal Rooms with full length mirrors for getting ready
  • Covered and lighted pavilion for reception includes folding tables, chairs, and dance floor
  • Garbage/recycling hauled away by the venue
  • Ranch venue staff on-site to answer questions and direct incoming vendors.

SUNDAY AFTERNOON WEDDING PACKAGE
$3,000

  • Accommodates up to 150 guests
  • One 1-hour walkthrough planning meeting available during the week prior to wedding (Mon – Thurs)
  • Venue use on wedding day from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm
  • Ceremony areas and lawns with chairs, arbor, and walkway
  • Bridal Rooms with full length mirrors for getting ready
  • Covered and lighted pavilion for reception includes folding tables, chairs, and dance floor
  • Garbage/recycling hauled away by the venue
  • Ranch venue staff on-site to answer questions and direct incoming vendors.

MICRO WEDDING PACKAGE
$1,500

  • Micro-Weddings available Sun-Thurs
  • Accommodates up to 30 friends/family
  • Venue use on wedding day for 6 hour time slot (2 hours set up, 3 hour ceremony/reception, 1 hour clean-up, recommended)
  • Intimate ceremony lawns with an arbor and folding chairs
  • Bridal Rooms with full length mirrors for getting ready
  • Covered and lighted pavilion for simple reception including folding tables, chairs, and dance floor
  • Garbage/recycling hauled away by the venue
  • Ranch venue staff on-site to answer questions and direct incoming vendors.

Included in your rental of the event space are:

  • Twenty five 6-foot rectangular folding dining tables (seating up to 150)
  • 150 white folding chairs
  • Four bar-height live edge plank tables
  • Four 3’x3’ wood plank tables 
  • One 8’x3’ wood plank table
  • Wedding arbor 
  • Fully stocked and cleaned portable bathrooms and handwash station
  • Plenty of on-site parking for guests
  • Power/ water hookups available for sound equipment, lights, etc.
